Diving like meditating
Diving is a new experience, a different perception of our world. It could be compared to a meditation. In effect, when your body is underwater, the beat of your heart slows down 20%. You breathe slowly, continuously and deeply, just like when you meditate; you walk into another state of consciousness. In addition, your body is composed of more than 80% water; this element is a part of you. While you are underwater you will reconnect with the same sensations you had when you were a child, and you were in your mother’s belly.
Who we are:
We are a project designed from passions: The passion for water, oceans, diving, underwater world, nature, land, people, Mexican culture, traditions and consciousness.
Enrique Rodríguez Soria, Mexican, independent diver with 16 years of experience in Quintana Roo. He began his aquatic career by taking courses related to water: life saving, basic and advanced first aid, oxygen therapy. At the same time, he has been supporting environmental conservation projects such as underwater biological monitoring, teaching first aid courses and aquatic rescue in Holbox for candidates for specialized guides in swimming and observation with Whale Sharks in the Mexican Caribbean and in some natural protected areas of the state of Quintana Roo to obtain the nature guide certification.
He has been working as a dive instructor for 14 years and he started his own business for 10 years. He dived in various types of waters: in the Mediterranean Sea and in the Atlantic Ocean in France, in the Canary Islands, in Belize and in Mexico (cenotes, caves and sea).

Aurora Dufour, French, passionate about life and nature. After a career as an architect in Paris, she decided to travel and when she arrived in Mexico in 2013, she fell in love with Mexican culture and the seabed. She was certified as a PADI OPEN WATER DIVER with instructor Enrique. Both decided to join forces to share with the public their passion for the magic of the world.
She has 8 years of experience in the Caribbean Sea, cenotes and caves. "Life is time, time to observe, time to learn, time to practice and finally time to share."
