Love to make . . . bubbles underwater
Cozumel has more of 30 dive sites, including the famous coral reefs (like the Santa Rosa and Palencar sites) and a wreck, which make a marvel of the aquatic world. Most of the dives are in drifts. They are made from a boat which we follow on the surface until the end. The dive sites are located at a maximum of 40 min by boat. The depths of the different sites vary between 8m (26ft) and 40m (131ft), all divers, at all levels, are invited to discover these unique and incredible submarine landscapes. The temperature of the water does not drop below 26°C (79°F) with an annual average of 29°C (86°F), a real pleasure throughout the year. The currents can be very strong, helping to excellent visibility, which can exceed 40m (131ft).
The richness of the seabed of Cozumel is also created by the diversity of these reefs that we classify in 2 categories:
– The platform reefs
– The edge reefs
